Q: Can I exclude and filter out feedback?

Yes, you can always exclude and filter out feedback that's not relevant to include. By default, all integrations are configured based on your preferences and you can also filter any data inside our platform as you like.

Q: Is there a length limit on the feedback you are analyzing?

We don’t have any limits, but the processing time varies depending on how much feedback we need to analyze. We can increase the speed of analysis on specific feedback sources if its a priority, but we generally process and analyze feedback quickly.

Q: Can I analyze and include unstructured data like public articles?

Yes, we have customers who also ingest public articles and white papers with valuable insights you want to analyze and include as feedback. We allow for both automatic scheduling of new articles and manual uploading of articles or similar data.

Q: Can I compare vs what features the users are requesting and what's inside our roadmap?

Yes, we can connect to your roadmap and compare it to customer requests. We can also set up alerts when features are released to make sure your internal teams are aware that you build the solutions your customers were asking for.

Q: Can you analyze both internal and external public feedback?

Yes, no problem at all. Whether you need to analyze internal feedback sources like Zendesk or Salesforce, or public data sources like Trustpilot or Google Reviews, we've got you covered. We have over 350 integrations out of the box. All of them can be set up in a few clicks.

Q: Do you have an API that connects to our platform?

Yes, we have an API that allows us to receive and send data to any platform. We know that you might have a centralized dashboard or report that you use at your company, so we've made it easy for you to send any data from Magic Feedback to you. We support all common platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, and more.

Q: How are you better than other solutions?
